At SOREL Maison, each product is made to order with care. Because our products are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send us your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review your request and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Wrong Size or Incorrect Selection

Please carefully review the size guide and product details before placing your order. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for incorrect size or color selections made by the customer.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
